TRANSPORT INFORMATION:
Free event shuttles will be running from Nerang Station, Broadbeach South Light Rail Station (outside Pacific Fair on GC Highway) and Boowaggan Road Park ‘n’ Ride. Thee shuttles will commence from 11:30am on game day. They will run regularly until the first quarter, then on demand until the end of the game. They will run regularly again from the end of the game to an hour post-match.
Normal Translink public transport services are also operating - find your journey here: www.translink.com.au. You can use your event ticket to access free public transport on G:Link services, Queensland Rail services and Surfside Buslines from 4 hours pre-match to 4 hours post-match.

The Blue Carpark entry is off Nerang Broadbeach Road heading Westbound.
Person with Disability (PWD) parking is available in the BLUE or RED CARPARK for ticketholders. PWD parking must be pre-purchased using the link above and a valid Disability Parking Permit must be on display to access the parking spaces closest to the gate.
CONDITIONS OF ENTRY:
Metricon Stadium’s full conditions of entry are applicable to this match. The full list of permitted and prohibited items can be found HERE.
Water in a sealed, plastic container, up to a maximum of 1.5L will be permitted into the Stadium. Any unsealed bottles will be emptied at the entry gates. You will be able to refill your bottles with water from any open bar – just ask the bar staff to refill your bottle. Soft drinks or drinks other water (ex. Alcohol) will be permitted in a sealed, plastic container, up to a maximum of 600mL. All other sizes or unsealed bottles will be emptied on entrance to the Stadium.
Patrons may bring homemade food items or special dietary requirements into the Stadium provided they are packaged appropriately, and the items can be easily viewed by security if requested. Commercially branded takeaway food and beverage will not be allowed into the Stadium. No items in glass, crockery or cans will be allowed into the Stadium, including glass and metal water bottles.
Insulated drink containers (Thermos) will be permitted into the Stadium, however will be subject to a search at the gates.
COVIDSAFE INFORMATION:
Please download the CHECK IN QLD app prior to your arrival the entry gates to ensure a smooth and efficient entry into the Stadium.
Metricon Stadium follows a COVIDSafe Approved Plan by the QLD Government. When you arrive at the Stadium, you will notice some key differences since the implementation of our COVIDSafe plan: including; zones, ticketing, and sanitising stations.
The Stadium has been separated into zones and your allocated zone is indicated on your ticket. Please enter through the gate on your ticket - this is the only gate your ticket will scan at. When you arrive to your section, please follow the usher’s instructions to your section, row and seat.
Due to an approved increase in capacity in all QLD Stadiums, you will be sitting next to, in front of and behind other patrons. Metricon Stadium is now CASHLESS for all transactions - including; catering, ticketing and merchandise. All patrons should practice social distancing where possible and allow other patrons space when lining up in queues at catering outlets, gates, toilets, merchandise outlets and other queues around Metricon Stadium.
Metricon Stadium will not tolerate any abusive or inappropriate language directed at staff or other patrons. Metricon Stadium staff are following directives from QLD Health in regards to COVID-19 restrictions and stadium operations. Any patrons directing abusive language and/or not complying with Stadium staff may be evicted from Metricon Stadium. If you need to relocate or have any issues with your ticket, please let our usher know so we can do our best to help you.
