HOW TO BOOK YOUR TICKETS?

Heritage Bank Stadium is an outdoor venue with general public seating split across two levels. Level 2 is not accessible via an elevator and is only accessible by stairs. We have multiple sections around the Stadium that also contain a row of seating for people in wheelchairs, companions, their family and friends. If you don’t need a wheelchair seat but would like to book a seat in these rows or in a specific area due to mobility or accessibility needs, we can do this as well!

To book these seats, please contact the Ticketek Accessible Hotline on 1300 665 915.

If you have any questions regarding your seating or any concerns, please feel free to give us a call on (07) 5644 6200.

HOW TO GET TO HERITAGE BANK STADIUM?

Patrons with valid Australian Disability Parking Permits have access to paid PWD parking at Heritage Bank Stadium on match days. This parking can purchased online via Ticketek, simply search ‘Blue Event Day Parking’ in Ticketek and select Blue Carpark Event Day Parking for the event date. On match day, please go to the Blue Carpark - across the road and accessible via Nerang-Broadbeach Road - and have your permit and parking pass visible on your dashboard. The parking attendants will park you in the best available parking spots.

Patrons with disabilities or mobility needs who wish to be dropped off and picked up, please direct your driver to drop you off in the Red Carpark behind the Carrara Indoor Sports Stadium.

If you prefer to catch public transport, please check out the specific event page on the What’s On page to confirm public transport offerings for that event. For events where the free event shuttles from Nerang Station are operating, most of these shuttles are accessible, however please check with the bus driver before getting on the bus to confirm. For events with no free event shuttles, normal Translink services continue to operate, however the closest bus stop is a 500m walk from the Stadium gates.

Taxis and Rideshare vehicles can also be utilised - these vehicles pick up and drop off from outside the Gold Coast Sports and Leisure Centre. Accessible taxis are available through Gold Coast Cabs, pre-booking is advised, you can book using this number: 136 294. Accessible rideshare vehicles can be booked through their respective applications.

WHEN YOU ARRIVE AT THE STADIUM, HOW DO YOU GET TO YOUR SEAT?

If possible, please go to the gate that is indicated on your ticket. This gate is closest to your seats and all gates are equipped with staff and wheelchairs to help you if you require. If you cannot get to the ticketed gate, please let one of our friendly Heritage Bank Stadium event staff members know - we will be able to escort you to your seats and organise a wheelchair to take you to your seat if required. Please note: we have a very limited number of wheelchairs, so depending on the time of your arrival, there may be a slight delay in getting a wheelchair to your gate. Once in your seats, please let the event staff member know if you need anything at all or have any questions, so we can make your experience more comfortable. If you require a wheelchair to get back to your entry gate, please let the staff member know during the game so we can arrange for you after the game.
